接受报价后安排订舱：填写托运单（BOOKING）订舱，及时跟踪仓位纸（S/O），装柜前拿到S/O，给车行打单（周六下午和周天整天船东不打单）。装柜尽量在截关期2天前，留足报关时间。
3、安排拖车装柜：提供装货地址，装货时间，联系人，联系电话。
4、集装箱装货入码头后，需及时安排报关（买单报关或一般贸易退税报关等）。
5、在船东截补料前核对提单资料，付款赎单，同时办理其他国外所需清关手续（如：产地证、保险等）
