● 若是化工品需有货物性能说明书 （货物俄文品名、分子式、物理性能、化学性能、用途、是否是危险品、危规号、联合国编号）要求中俄文对照填写。
● 若是俄罗斯进口需许可证商品，需收货人办理的许可证复印件加盖收货地海关戳记，寄往后贝加尔海关,俄后贝加尔海关才能放行货物。
3. 制单方面要求
● 运单: 要求运单第1.5.8.11栏必须有中文,运单1栏填写有发货人地址,5栏有收货人地址,且运单收发货人得与内附单证相同 。另,由于俄方翻译水平参差不齐英文运单往往翻译错误，运单填写最好用中俄文。
