计费重量的确定
计费重量均是以快件的实际重量和体积重量相比，取二者中较大者为计费重量，
体积重量的计算方法：最长×最高×最宽/6000。部分国家有让泡，详情可咨询业务员。
三、运单的要求
运单要求三份随货，用正楷的英文字清晰填写;
运单详细填写发件人、收件人公司名和人名、件数、重量、品名、海关申报价值。
到付件需要清楚注明“运费到付”或“COD”字样，以美元为币种的到付金额。
目的地国家快件可接受当地文字填写。
四、正确区分快件类型
除商业文件和资料信函属于文件外，其余均属包裹类。
快件内不得夹寄现金，支票等有价证券。
五、特殊证明或通关资料
贵司如提供了由政府行政部门签发的有效的配额证、许可证、原产地证明、商检证、熏蒸证明、FDA证、MSDS证等文件，请随运单和发票附在货上。
