福田保税区代替香港作为中转站，可极大程度地降低运输成本；
◇ 福田保税区地处珠江三角洲的关键地带，具有广阔的市场。
操作流程
◇ 客商于先天将次日出货计划派发给中港城，同时提供书面“报关委托书”及“运输委托书”，并确认好报关方式；
◇ 中港城接到指令后确认装货时间、货物体积、报关单证等相关细节后制订派车计划并将车辆相关信息反馈给客商；
◇ 车辆于指定时间到装货地址，中港城关务部同时报关，司机装货加到福保后执海关已审批并捆绑好的IC卡过关进区；
◇ 车辆通关后入福田保税区中港城仓库，仓管人员对货物进行查验点数并办理过车至中港车的兜圈动作，中港城关务
办理进/出境两次报关；（退税货物需要此操作办理离境证明）
◇ 货物兜圈复入福保之前客商需提供收货人进口报关资料安排进口报关手续；
◇ 海关审批后车辆通关出福田保税区到收货工厂卸货，同时要求收货人签收并将签收单交回中港城。
